A patient called us at the last minute this evening and cancelled surgery! Because of that, we have one spot open next week that must be filled! If you fill that slot, we will deduct $900.00 off the price of your surgery!

If you qualify (see restrictions below) we will reduce the price of any surgery by $900.00.

*RESTRICTIONS*

You must have surgery on November 6th, 2008.
You must be the first to call on Monday, November 3rd, 2008.
You must be an approved candidate, or be approved by the surgery date.
You must not currently be scheduled for surgery.
Does not apply to patients who finance.
Can not be combined with other discounts.
